Suction head
The suction head kit system offers numerous options enabling customised solutions. The base body structure is made from aluminium sheets and insulated plastic sheets, allowing the aluminium blade support plate with the blades from the remaining suction head to be defined as an electric circuit. The suction plate’s height can be mechanically adjusted by 5.0 mm. This applies for “fixed” and moving suction plates with an exhaust stroke of 9.0 mm.

- 5,0 mm thick blade with chamfering on 1,5 mm
- Aluminium blade support with replaceable 1,2 mm thick blade edges

| Parting line: |
- Electric shock from blade / blade edges and electric contact areas on the suction plate
- Librication of blades / blade edges, with the option of measuring the oil quantities
- Condensate on the blades / blade edges as a result of the cutting system cooling down
